A new proposed amendment to the Pennsylvania Constitution is on the November 5th General Election ballot. The amendment, which is commonly referred to as the Marsy’s Law Crime Rights Amendment, is being opposed by the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU). A “yes” vote supports this measure to add specific rights of crime victims, together known as a Marsy’s Law, to the Pennsylvania Constitution. A “no” vote opposes this measure to add specific rights of crime victims, together known as a Marsy’s Law, to the Pennsylvania Constitution.
