Last day to apply for mail in / absentee ballot for the 2021 General Election.
Apply now – Ballot Request Application (pa.gov) . You must be a registered voter to submit an application. You may check whether you are registered to vote in Pennsylvania using Find Voter Registration Status.
Please note, if you plan to vote using an absentee or mail-in ballot in the 2021 MUNICIPAL ELECTION held on 11/02/2021, your completed application must be received in the Chester County office by 5:00 PM on 10/26/2021. The deadline to return your voted absentee or mail-in ballot is 8:00 PM on 11/02/2021.
Mail your voted mail-in or absentee ballot early. Or, deliver them directly to Chester County Voter Services in West Chester: 601 Westtown Rd., Ste. 150, West Chester, PA 19380-0990. Hours of operation during the 2021 Primary Election are Monday-Friday, 8:30AM – 4:30PM.
